The Hex Shop wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may return any unused retail priced item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping. All sale priced and discounted product purchases are final. All returned items must be received within 30 days from the original invoice date, 100% complete, in resaleable (unused) condition, and must include a copy of the shipping invoice or receipt, the product’s original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. All defective products will be accepted for credit, exchange or repair, at The Hex Shop's discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. The Hex Shop reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward future store purchases only.
