Shipping Policy
Free shipping on orders of $25 or more applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Geographic shipping restrictions may apply to particular products; for example, some Tools & Hardware items may not be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii using Free Shipping.
Items purchased on-line will ship within 3 business days pending item availability and credit verification. If the item you have purchased is currently out of stock, TheHexShop.com will contact you by e-mail or phone.
TheHexShop.com may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Shipping at any time.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The recipient is responsible for all shipping charges on international orders. If additional shipping charges are required, TheHexShop.com will notify recipient by e-mail or phone for approval before charging your credit card. International orders are not subject to US taxes. However, it is possible that import duties will be applied by the country of final destination. The recipient is responsible for payment of all applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from TheHexShop.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
